Cryotherapy The individual treatment involves placing the entire body in a cold chamber with temperatures ranging from -85°C to -95°C for a period of 2 to 4 minutes. This short-term cooling promotes a wide range of positive reactions in the body due to increased blood circulation and lymphatic flow. Warnings: Minimum age 18 years – Maximum age 75 years. Entry permitted only in the presence of a staff member after signing the appropriate forms. Entry not permitted in cases of: hypersensitivity to cold, pregnancy, arterial diseases, Raynaud’s disease, active acute and subacute cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension.
